We have already commented4 on the British bill, which seems likely to pass. We now learn that a similar bill before the Canadian parliament is almost unanimously supported, while France is about to take up the matter, and one American city is in the throes of discussing the adoption of the plan without waiting for the rest of the country. The National Daylight Association, however, is making a serious proposal to secure this change throughout the United States. There is little to be said against the proposal and very much in its favor, and physicians will no doubt do what they can to further the project.
