    The limitations we identified in our recent report were the same as those restated, in less charitable terms, by Drs Olbrisch and Levenson. It is not clear if they are sympathetic with, opposed to, or ambivalent about the treatment with liver transplantation of selected patients dying of Laennec's cirrhosis.
