There are 14 contributors. As monographs go, this volume is exceedingly large, but it is by far the best publication on bladder tumors available. The publishers have done an excellent job in that the paper is of high quality, the print is easy to read, and the illustrations, charts, graphs, photographs, photomicrographs, and colored plates are excellent.The contributors have presented their various topics in a clear, concise, and informative style. The book is "all meat." Each chapter is well arranged, and many have conclusions (all have references at the end). Too much has been written about cancer without a clear definition of what is to be discussed. The industrial risk in the development of certain bladder tumors has been recognized for some years.
