Dinning, Ph.D., associate professor of biochemistry, University of Arkansas Medical Center, Little Rock, was promoted to professor and head of the department of biochemistry to succeed Paul L. Day, Ph.D. Dr. Day resigned recently to become the first scientific director of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
