    The Medical Association of the State of Alabama announced that subsequent to Feb. 20 all mail for the association should be directed to the following address: The Medical Association of the State of Alabama, 19 S. Jackson St., Montgomery 4, Ala.Personal.— 
    Richard T. Eastwood, Ph.D., was appointed executive director of university affairs for the University of Alabama Medical Center, Birmingham, effective Oct. 15.—Dr. Durward L. Lovell was appointed director of medical education, Birmingham Baptist Hospitals, Birmingham. He will be responsible for directing the hospitals' intern training program.ARKANSAS 
    Dr. Dinning Named Head of Biochemistry Department.— 
    James S. Dinning, Ph.D., associate professor of biochemistry, University of Arkansas Medical Center, Little Rock, was promoted to professor and head of the department of biochemistry to succeed Paul L. Day, Ph.D. Dr. Day resigned recently to become the first scientific director of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
