On page 3119, under the heading "Vitamin E," "α-Tocopherol is the most abundant form in foods and is generally the form used in supplements" should have read "γ-Tocopherol is the most abundant form and α-tocopherol is the form used for most supplements." On page 3123, under the heading "Vitamin A," "vitamin A is 1500 µg/L" should have read 1500 µg. On page 3124, under the heading "Vitamin K," "vitamin K is 80 µg/L" should have read 80 µg.
