He reported almost immediate improvement in his ability to concentrate and reflected on substantial advances in relationships both at home and at work. His only complaint was occasionally feeling "a little speedy." Dr Biederman suggested that Mr L would do well if he continued working with his physicians and taking methylphenidate or another appropriate medication.
