Error in Wording:  In the Editorial entitled “US Preventive Services Task Force and Breast Cancer Screening” published in the January 13, 2010, issue of JAMA (2010;303[2]:172-173), a misstatement appeared in the penultimate paragraph. The sentence that begins “Breast cancer is a devastating illness for women, representing the second leading cause of death” should have read that breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women.
