Clarification and Incorrect Author Affiliation:  In the review of Total Cure: The Antidote to the Health Care Crisis, published in the February 25, 2009, issue of JAMA (2009;301[8]:888-889), an author attribution was omitted. On page 889, in the paragraph at the bottom of the left column, the sentence beginning “With this proviso, it would be acceptable. . . . ” should have read “With this proviso, Luft argues, it would be acceptable. . . . ” Also on page 889, the affiliation information for the reviewer was incorrectly reported. Dr Sessions is currently affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences and LA BioMed, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, California. Online versions of this article on the JAMA Web site were corrected on February 18, 2009.
