To the Editor:  I would like to report incomplete financial disclosures related to a Viewpoint published in JAMA.1 This resulted from a misunderstanding of the requirements for reporting of conflicts of interest. In addition to the previous disclosures listed in the 
Viewpoint, I would also like to disclose that I have received grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, the National Institute on Aging, the National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the John A. Hartford Foundation, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I also serve on the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry editorial review board.
