James A. Ward on "Obesity Associated with Endocrine Disturbances" and Hugh M. C. Linder on "Empyema Thoracis with Special Reference to the Chronic Stage." Both are from Birmingham. —Dr. John Ralph Morgan, Birmingham, discussed "The Treatment of Burns" before the Walker County Medical Society October 13 in Jasper.ARIZONA  New Office for State Society.—  The Arizona State Medical Association has opened offices at 202 Security Building, Phoenix, and employed Mrs. Kitty Ives Coleman as executive secretary.
