This is an excellent study but should include the use of roentgen rays in the treatment of vasospastic conditions such as Raynaud's disease. According to some observers this method is of doubtful value, but according to others the same may be said of some of the methods described in this article. Those who have had greater experience in the use of roentgen rays for circulatory disturbances consider this a valuable modality in thrombo-angiitis obliterans particularly, and also in Raynaud's disease. A paper as exhaustive as this one, in my opinion, should have included a discussion of this form of treatment.
