AB For four or five years I have been interested in the histologic study of the peridental membrane, and during that time have devoted what time I could to the special study of certain structures found in that membrane, and called by Dr. Black, who first described them, the glands of the peridental membrane.The work which I have tried to do on this subject is really not in shape to report, as it has not been worked out to the point where positive statements can be made in regard to the nature of these structures. But I have reached a point where to carry through the work would require from three to six months of time, without interruption.
