AB This little book is intended for use by students as a laboratory guide and is in no sense a text-book. It gives in semi-tabular form directions for embedding and staining tissues, for making cultures of and for staining bacteria, for examination of gastric contents and other body fluids and secretions, for examination of water, etc. An appendix contains tables of weights and measures, lists of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, stains and reagents, normal and deci-normal solutions, etc.
