This leaves only four states, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Mississippi and Tennessee, which continue to examine non-graduates in medicine for license to practice.Hospital Staff Appointed.  —The following medical and surgical staff has been appointed for the Mobile City Hospital for the six months beginning April 1: Surgery—Drs.
