Lee III says he feels and looks much better since his decision last March to trade in his practice of caring for 1500 cancer patients for a job less demanding—caring for the First Patient, President George Bush.Although the work pace is now much slower, Dr Lee intends to expand his new position so that the job description, "President's physician," empowers him not only to provide medical advice, but also to formally provide influential advice on the key health-policy issues of our time. And, not surprisingly, he has some strong opinions on these issues."Every time I drive through the gate onto the White House grounds, I get a big kick," says Dr Lee, 59. "All the calls I get are important, the people are exciting to work with, the issues are terribly interesting, and everything we can do makes a big difference. For my stage in
