AB Two errors occurred in the ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION "Tamoxifen: Use in Treatment of Metastatic Breast Cancer Refractory to Combination Chemotherapy," published in the July 6 issue of The Journal (242:49-52, 1979). On page 49, the first sentence of the synopsis-abstract and the first sentence of the second paragraph of the text state that tamoxifen citrate is supplied as "Nolvadex (Great Britain); no comparable US product." Nolvadex is a US trade name for tamoxifen citrate, is available in the United States, and is marketed by Stuart Pharmaceuticals. In addition, the drug name flucytosine was incorrectly substituted for fluorouracil at each mention throughout the article.
