AB Uterine aspiration was employed in 200 pregnant patients with incomplete abortions, molar pregnancies, or to effect therapeutic abortion. In patients with incomplete abortion, the procedure was a complete one through the 12th week and was effective in reducing uterine size in the remainder. It was also effective for the evacuation of molar pregnancy and in therapeutic abortion. There were no complications in any of these patients attributable to uterine aspiration.
