As a result, the National Physicians Committee for the Extension of Medical Service was created and has worked during these intervening years within the policies established by the House of Delegates of the American Medical Association.Several times during those years, the House of Delegates has expressed confidence in the work of this organization.Two years ago, a Committee of the House of Delegates reported that "the American Medical Association should and must do its own public relations work."In December, 1948, the House
