AB This monograph on the motor dysfunctions of the stomach is well written and contains a large amount of information, mainly obtained from the literature. However, there are many illustrations and records of observations made by Vallejo himself. He makes some interesting observations on the slowing of gastric emptying which occurs with some inflammation of the small bowel.
