AB In this fine volume the author begins with the x-ray appearance of the normal chest and proceeds to the smallest changes from the normal that can be detected on the x-ray film. He places considerable emphasis on blood vessels and the possibilities of misinterpretation of shadows cast by them. From the early changes he proceeds to most extensive disease, and he places especial emphasis on cavitation in all its phases of development.
