In this book the author has recorded in an encyclopedic fashion all the available information concerning the subject at hand. The material is gleaned from more than 1,000 references. The book is divided into 16 chapters. The first chapter provides an introduction to the subject, while the last chapter contains the conclusions and editorial comment of the author, with his suggestions for rehabilitation in the future.
