The book may aid in providing knowledge in the field of pediatric nursing not provided at present by the entirely too short school curriculum. The book covers the period from the first moment of extra-uterine life throughout infancy in both home and institution. Some of the methods of the treatment of asphyxia neonatorum are not those approved by various authorities.
