AB This book is essentially a laboratory manual in bacteriology, immunology and public health. With directions for procedure it also includes a number of examples of charts of various kinds for recording the growth and other characteristics of bacteria. While not a manual worth reading by itself (nor is it intended to be), its real value can be demonstrated only when used as a guide in actual laboratory work.
