    —House bill 58 provides that any one failing to conform to a quarantine shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Bills Passed. 
    —Senate bill 8, creating a board of orthodontia examiners, consisting of the board of dental examiners and two practicing orthodontists, has been passed by the house and the senate. Senate bill 22, regulating the distribution and sale of caustic or corrosive acids and alkalis, has been passed by the senate.ARKANSAS 
    Bills Passed. 
    —Senate bill 55 creates a state board of examiners in the basic sciences to examine all applicants to practice any branch of the healing art, in anatomy, physiology, chemistry, bacteriology and pathology. House bill 124 creates a state board of health of
