RT Journal T1 MAlaria and its treatment in the line and at the base. JF Journal of the American Medical Association JO Journal of the American Medical Association YR 1919 FD September 13 VO 73 IS 11 SP 858 OP 858 DO 10.1001/jama.1919.02610370056028 UL http://dx.doi.org/10.1001/jama.1919.02610370056028 AB This book is based on personal observations and experiences. It was written under active service conditions when the author had practically no access to the literature. The requirements of the busy practitioner have been kept in view, the language is simple, and there are numerous instructive illustrations. The chapters on the clinical features of malaria and on the treatment of its various forms contain many accurate and detailed clinical histories, and should be of value and interest to physicians in malarial districts. The price seems excessive.
