    —Dr. Wheeler S. McCall, Blytheville, has recently returned after service in France.Public Health Service Discontinued. 
    —The city council of Little Rock has received notices from the United States Public Health Service that the government will close the station at Little Rock about June 30, on account of there being no funds available for the continuance of the work. The Red Cross activities will also be discontinued on the same date because of the lack of funds. This work has been carried on under the following heads: malaria control, communicable disease control, venereal disease control, school inspection, public health nursing, control over production and sale of milk and milk products, control over preparation and sale of foods
