Incorrect Number:  In the Medical News & Perspectives article entitled “Successes, Challenges Emerge From Efforts to Shift Away From Industry-Funded CME,” published in the August 18, 2010, issue of JAMA (2010;304[7]:729-731), there was an error in the number of continuing medical education attendees. On page 730, first column, fifth full paragraph, the last sentence should read “Between 2008 and 2009, the joint program hosted more than 100 sessions with nearly 25 000 attendees.” This article was corrected online for typographical errors on September 10, 2010.
