Incorrect Name in Byline:  In the Letter entitled “Scientific Misconduct,” published in the June 23/30, 1993, issue of JAMA (1993;269[24]:3106), an error occurred in the byline of the reply letter on page 3106. The second letter on the page should list C. Kristina Gunsalus as the second author (instead of Kristina C. Gunsalus).
