The faculty is as diverse as the students they train. Physicians include David Satin, Sarita Bhalotra from Brandeis University, Lynda Buchwald from Mt. Auburn Hospital, and Martin Solomon from Brigham and Women's Primary Care. Other distinguished faculty include Mark Sciegaj and Theodore Chelmow (health policy), John Orwat (social work), and others from the fields of public health, long-term care administration, physical therapy, nutrition, nursing, and law, among others. I cannot think of any important arena of elder health care not brought under the course's umbrella.
