Incorrect Sentence in Infographic:  In the Visualizing Health Policy infographic published in the December 26, 2012, issue of JAMA (2012;308[24]:2556), a sentence in the chart contained an extra word. The sentence should have read, “Does the employer plan cover at least 60% of health expenses on average?” This article was corrected online.
