To the Editor: Dr Min and colleagues1 reported that the noninvasive FFRCT achieved an accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of 73%, 90% and 54%, respectively, in diagnosing coronary ischemia. However, the rates were 84%, 88%, and 82% in their initial study,2 indicating an inconsistency in diagnostic performance, especially regarding specificity. Thus, while FFRCT may represent an important innovation, we believe that more can be done to maximize its diagnostic accuracy.
