The results, using fractional flow reserve (FFR) derived from coronary computed tomographic (CT) angiography (FFRCT), are promising even though the primary prospectively defined end point was not met. This technique may guide coronary revascularization but one should also note the limited agreement of FFRCT with invasive FFR in ischemic lesions.2
