Incorrect Funding Information:  In the Viewpoint entitled “Prevention of Fatal Opioid Overdose” published in the November 14, 2012, issue of JAMA (2012;308[18]:1863-1864), funding information was incorrectly reported. In the Funding/Support statement, the grant number reported for Mr Beletsky should have been R37DA019829. In addition, the information for Dr Rich should have read, “Dr Rich is supported by awards 5K24DA022112 and 1R21DA029201 from the National Institute on Drug Abuse and by grant P30AI042853 from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.” This article has been corrected online.
