It is, in fact, what many strive to be. The pursuit of such a melding should never be viewed as a penalty. The time and cost of training are intense, but those seeking this education not only chose to make the investment but faced stringent competition for the opportunity. We believe it is an abandonment of crucial medical, scientific, and societal values to say that the triple threat is obsolete.
