The authorship has changed since the first edition, and there are now 130 contributors from all around the world. The 552-page book includes more than 300 images and 28 tables. The images include color fundus photographs, fluorescein angiograms, optical coherence tomographic images, tables, charts, and external photographs. Overall, the quality of the images is excellent.
