AB In its latest edition, this popular and authoritative textbook has been thoroughly revised. In previous editions the author managed to include all current information on the subject which was reliable, and this edition is no exception. Many important contributions have been made in the five years since the previous edition was published and the author has included most of them. The additions are fundamental contributions to the subjects and justify a new edition.
