To the Editor: At the end of the
day, Mr S1 was no better or worse off than he started. In
the absence of data to the contrary,
common sense should win over desire. This patient
should not run! Further, he should have benefit of a course of
treatment with intravenous colchicine2 and myofascial
release.3
