On page 1699, in the Table, the last line “Fatal and nonfatal MIb,d” should be “Fatal and nonfatal MIb,d,e” and in the ninth column of this row, under the heading “Control” for the ADVANCE study, “5.5” should be “5.6.” The following footnote should be added to the footnote section: “eFor the ADVANCE and PROACTIVE trials, only nonfatal MI was available for analysis.”
