Incorrect Reference. In the Caring for the Critically Ill Patient article entitled "Ketoconazole for Early Treatment of Acute Lung Injury and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome: A Randomized Controlled Trial" published in the April 19, 2000, issue of THE JOURNAL (2000;283:1995-2002), a reference was cited incorrectly. On page 2000, in the footnote to Table 2, the lung injury score was calculated as reported by Arons et al (not Murray et al).
