Dr. Chas. T. Reber died at his home, near Fancher, Ill., on the night of May 10, 1889, aged 53 years, 3 months and 22 days, He was a member of the American Medical Association. Was a surgeon of the 48th regiment Pennsylvania volunteers during the late war. He was a close student and a conscientious practitioner.
The Proposed Memorial to the late Prof. Moses Gunn.
—The Alumni and Faculty of Rush Medical College, Chicago, have been for some time engaged in the effort to raise by subscription a fund for the purpose of erecting in the college building a bronze to serve as a memorial of the late Professor Moses Gunn. Those purposing to contribute to the fund are reminded that their subscriptions cannot be received after the 15th of June. Sums varying from one to ten dollars can be sent to the College Clerk, Mr. F. J. Gould.
