Epstein, MD, Elena Boder, MD, and Robert P. Sedgwick, MD (195:746-753), the acknowledgment on p 752 now includes the sentence, "William C. Cooper, MD, and Jose M. de Morgas, MD, provided the patients for this study." This sentence should read, "William C. Cooper, MD, and Jose M. de Morgas, MD, provided three patients for this study." The remaining 19 in this series of 22 patients, presented in Table 1 (No. 1 through No. 19), p 747, are patients of the authors.
