Thanksgiving donations at the German Hospital amounted to $9000 in money and serviceable articles to the value of $1200.
Dr. John B. Deaver, visiting surgeon of the German Hospital, has offered a prize of $100 to the student who at the end of the year shall present the best set of notes taken from his clinics held at the hospital each Saturday afternoon.
