Fiftieth Annual Meeting, held at Columbus, Ohio, June 6-9, 1899.OFFICIAL MINUTES OF THE GENERAL SESSIONS.June 6—First General Session.The Association convened in the Grand Opera-House, and was called to order at 10 a.m. by Dr. Starling Loving of Columbus, chairman of the committee on arrangements.The president invited ex-presidents and vice-presidents to occupy seats on the platform, and among those who responded were: Drs. N. S. Davis, George M. Sternberg, W. W. Keen, H. O. Marcy, Nicholas Semi, Augustus P. Clarke, Henry D. Holton.Divine blessing was invoked by Rev. Washington Gladden.His excellency, Asa S. Bushnell, Governor of Ohio, was then introduced by Dr. Starling Loving, and delivered the following
