—There is a great amount of ignorance prevailing in our section of the country in regard to the present Editorial management of The Journal This will be a subject of great importance to the members of the Association when they come to prepare their ballots on the question of moving The Journal to Washington. By answering the following questions I am sure you will confer a favor on a large number of the members of the Association who are at present ignorant of the facts:
