Anti-Vaccination Bill Goes to House.
—Senator Leavitt's anti-vaccination bill, after a strenuous fight, was passed by the senate, February 8, by a vote of 22 to 15, and has now gone to the assembly.
Automobile Sterilizer.
—San Francisco is to have an automobile sterilizer weighing four tons, with a maximum speed of five miles an hour, and to cost $4.000. The disinfecting compartment is large enough to hold all the bedding of the household.
