—Among the editorial notes, on page 27 of The Journal for July 5th, it was stated that Dr. T. G. Richardson, one of the expresidents of the American Medical Association, had resigned his connection with the Medical Department of Tulane University, at New Orleans, and removed to Washington, D. C. So far as relates to his resignation of the Chair of Surgery in the University, the statement is correct. He resigned on account of continued ill-health, but he still retains his home in New Orleans and a lively interest in the medical institution with which he has been connected so many years.
