—I wish to thank you for the thoughtful courtesy which prompted you to ask me to use your columns to present the medical examiners' side of the question regarding licensure as applied to those who are practicing in cities situated near to state boundary lines. There are some earnest, honorable men who seem to think that medical examining boards are likely to be very unjust and arbitrary in their action in such cases.
