ABSTRACT

Transportation.  The railroad rates to the Boston session from the eastern half of the country will be one fare, plus $1.00, for the round trip. In the Trans-Continental Passenger Association territory the rate will be about a fare and one-third to Chicago, Minneapolis, New Orleans and St. Louis, and from these points on to Boston the rate above mentioned. The southern passenger associations are yet to be heard from, but they will probably make the same rate of one fare, plus $1.00, for the round trip. A more detailed announcement will be given in The Journal May 5.

Hotels in Boston.  A list of the hotels and headquarters in Boston, with the cost of rooms, was given in The Journal, April 7, page 1046, and this list will reappear next week, May 5, in the special Boston Number. The committee on hotels states that members of the Association are still
