All legal and other details for the amalgamation of the New York State Medical Association having been completed, and the constitutional requirements for becoming the constituent branch of the American Medical Association having been fulfilled by the reorganized Medical Society of the State of New York, the following letters have been sent to the executive officers of the society by the corresponding officers of the American Medical Association:Louisville, Ky., Dec. 22, 1905.Dr. Joseph D.
