Alleged Healers Give Bail.
—"Drs." Parker and Hall, the alleged magnetic healers who were arrested in Omaha and brought back to Peoria to answer to the charge of swindling, were released on bail of $900 each.
Early Investigator of Hypnotism Dies.
—J. Stanley Grimes, prominent in the early investigations of hypnotism in the middle of the nineteenth century and for a time professor of medical jurisprudence in the Castleton (Vt.) Medical College, died at Evanston, September 28, aged 96.
